Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 90 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Deposit
- The deposit is 200,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all future guests, we ask that you observe the following rules. By booking and entering the accommodation, you agree to these house rules.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM and left in good condition.
• Security Deposit: A cash security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage has occurred to the apartment and the house rules have been observed.
• Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Unregistered Guests: The accommodation may only be used by persons who have officially checked in and registered upon arrival. Overnight stays or extended visits by unregistered persons are not permitted.
• Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed in our apartments. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited (smoking is permitted only on the balcony or terrace).
• Safety and Damage: Please close all windows and the door when leaving the apartment. Ensure that the air conditioning and all electronic devices are turned off when you are not in the room.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE (Violation of House Rules): The host reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests who seriously violate the house rules (particularly in cases of noise disturbance, property damage, bringing pets, or unregistered guests) immediately and without delay. In this case, no refund is provided for the remaining days of the stay, and the security deposit may be retained.
